Is Housecore Records currently accepting demo submissions?
We appreciate your interest, but we are not accepting demo submissions. We are also not accepting any links to check out your YouTube, Sound Cloud, etc. If this changes, then it will be on our website for how to submit.
I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation?
Sometimes automated email notifications can end up in junk or spam folders. If you still did not receive an email then please reach out to us at merchdept@housecorerecords.com with your full name and date your order was placed for official confirmation.
When will my order be shipped? If I pay for Priority shipping does that mean I will get my order within two days?
We do our very best to fulfill orders within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, it may take up to two weeks to fulfill. Buying Priority shipping rate does not mean your order will be delivered within two days. That is a non-guaranteed time estimate for your package once it is in transit and does not include the time for order processing. If you need your order within a certain time frame then please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I received my order, but I received the wrong item or I am missing an item from my order?
We thoroughly examine and double check each order being fulfilled, but such is human error, mistakes can occur! If you receive an incorrect size or the wrong vinyl variant then please email us at merchdept@housecorerecords.com within 5 business days. Please include a picture of all items received and the original packaging. We will reship the item at no extra cost to you.
I received my order, but it's been damaged while in transit?
If any items you received were damaged during transit please email us at merchdept@housecorerecords.com with a picture of the damaged item and the original shipment packaging. We need the pictures as confirmation and to also include in our claims to USPS. We will reship the item at no extra cost to you.
Can Philip Anselmo autograph my merchandise?
He sure can! Please select "Autograph My Merch" as an add on for each item you would like to have personally signed by The Kid himself!! Philip personalizes every autograph to the person who is purchasing. If you would like the autograph made out to someone else or no personalization at all please email us at merchdept@housecorerecords.com.
I have personal memorabilia, can I mail it in for Philip Anselmo to autograph?
We do offer autographs for personal items as well!! The rate for each autographed item is $40.00. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Reach out to us with your name, shipping address, and what items you have. We will send an invoice for the autographs plus your return shipping costs.
