Returns:
Housecore Records offers returns and exchanges for items within 5 days of receipt of delivery. You must contact us within 5 days or we will not refund for any reason. To initiate a return, please email merchdept@housecorerecords.com and make sure to include your order number. We are not responsible for return postage. Autographed items are not returnable for refunds. If there is an issue with an autographed item please email merchdept@housecorerecords.com

Replacement for damaged items:
A claim must be made within 5 business days of receipt of delivery of any damaged or defective items. Please email our shipping team at merchdept@housecorerecords.com with your order number and a photo of all items and the packaging as received. If there is an audio defect in the product please send video with sound of the defect. There will not be a shipping charge for replacements due to defects or damage.
Returning Items:
Returned items will need to be shipped to Housecore Records PO Box 5200 Covington,La 70433
Unfortunately, shipping charges are non refundable. You will need to pay for the postage back to us, but we'll cover the shipping costs back to you. If you request a refund rather than an exchange, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping costs.
Please allow up to two weeks for returns, replacements, or exchanges to be processed. Once we receive your return, you can expect a refund within five business days and ten business days for the exchange or replacement to arrive.
